The spot’s location is solid, and the staff handled communication well, even arranging a pickup from Donsak and booking river tubing for us. We only stayed one night—no reason to extend. The team was friendly, but they weren’t always around. The room felt damp and dated; the bathroom door didn’t seal properly and the bathroom itself was in poor shape. Walkways had rusty nails sticking out that need fixing. They serve food and drinks, yet the vibe was flat, staff seemed distant, and it felt like ordering anything might disturb them. It’s a shame, because the place has a lot of potential.

The owner or manager was incredibly kind, personally escorting us from Khao Sok National Park to Surat Thani the day after our trip, with all our bags ready so we didn’t have to carry them onto the island. What a lovely guy with a wonderful personality!

Good for one night, a little out of the main town, bed was comfy, aircon was good, probably wouldn’t stay longer than 1 night here
