A beautiful new building, clean and functional, surrounded by nature. The staff were friendly, efficient, and available, and there were many outdoor activities offered.

The location was right next to the tourist bustle (which in September was fortunately not too crowded), yet the guesthouse was full. The village literally had a “sick dog,” so don’t expect to just drop by for coffee or a drink off‑season. Without a car, it’s a decent hike from Kobarid. On the plus side, it’s quiet and the scenery is amazing. Mrs Urška is very kind. We only tried the breakfasts, and they were delicious. A lovely shared terrace where we spent several evenings. The room was smaller than expected, the bathroom and toilet were separated by a frosted glass door (definitely a new level of privacy). Outside there was a clothesline, upper rooms had a smaller drying rack, but I’d still recommend bringing one. The TV offered hundreds of channels, but the Netflix connection was missing, so if you like to watch TV, bring an HDMI cable.
