CitiGO Hotel Shanghai Jing'an Temple

“4 nights at the Citigo Hotel Shanghai”

The room is well equiped, there is a washing machine and a dryer which is very convenient, the lobby is big with a big sofa, a big TV and some games to play. The location is very good, close to the subway station line 14 and there are many local restaurants around. The room is a litte bit small, the cleaning people are very friendly and very efficient but the people at the lobby are not very friendly, they are young people who are not really motivated by their job, could be improve, they don't speak english and the service and smile can be better! They also don't give you informations about the facilities of the hotel which could be appreciate. The rooftop was closed when i was there

Laundry Facilities avaliable and where great. Breakfast was very nice it is not often we eat Breakfast each day at the Hotel but we did at CitiGo. Not a biggie only had beer on tap at bar

Big rooms after the upgrade, otherwise a bit small, fine for 1‑2 days, modern furnishings with a large bed, a good and extensive breakfast buffet, free water
