Located on the edge of Bomal-sur-Ourthe, the Mont-des-Pins resort offers a serene retreat amidst a beautiful park near Durbuy. This holiday complex features a spa area with sauna, bubble bath, and Italian shower, as well as a relaxation area with a starlight ceiling (extra fee). The restaurant "La Pomme de Pin" serves seasonal, local cuisine, while a beautiful terrace and play areas cater to families.

The location in the Ardennes is nice, and for 40 euros per person it's a good hotel. Unfortunately the spa and sauna were unavailable. The entrance is very pretty, but the corridors feel like a bunker, giving a bit of hostel vibes, so if you want something fancier it's not really recommended. The beds were comfortable.

The location is good and the welcome is warm. However, there was a smell in the bathroom and a rusty radiator close to the shower.

The treehouses are the highlight; I would have booked them if I’d known earlier, definitely a magical idea. The only downside was that there was no soap in the bathroom.
