The hotel is amazing in every way. The area around the hotel is very commercial, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the spa is excellent. However, there were no blankets for the beds; it was December and it was cold, even though there is heating via an air‑heat pump. I recommend adding blankets in the wardrobes during winter months.

It’s about a mile from the city centre. The windows were dirty, there were dead mosquitoes on the walls. The spa was terrible, with people constantly talking and shouting. The staff were unfriendly.

The location is good, the area very quiet, and the staff very friendly. The breakfast was a bit limited, and there were many people at the spa during some shifts.

Spa access was included. The beds were very comfortable and there was zero noise. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The only drawback was the location in a business park far from the city centre, although parking is good both in the hotel’s lot and in the surrounding area.
