I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel room, it was spotless and the bed was super comfy. The staff were also super friendly and helpful, they sorted out a problem with the air con in my room quickly. The hotel's location is great, right in the heart of the city, but it does get a bit noisy at night. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again, it's a great value for the price.

We were really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to our expectations. The location was great, and the staff were super helpful when we had issues, but the faculty was a total disaster. The rooms were overpriced and dirty, with dead bugs on the cups that were supposed to be clean. To make matters worse, the pool was overcrowded with day-trippers who paid to use the facilities, leaving us and other guests who paid for a room unable to use it.
