The place is stunning and the staff are genuinely welcoming. The property sits amid green hills. The only drawback—perhaps ours—was insects in the room, but I left the door open while enjoying the pool, so it was my fault.

The new building is tidy and very pretty. The welcome and hospitality are truly top‑class! I’ll be back in autumn with friends.

The room is in a cottage in the countryside, a lovely spot 10 minutes from Termoli. It’s new, clean, essential but charming. The owner is very kind and helpful. The facility is a dog centre with many dogs, which can be noisy. We slept with the windows closed because it was still cold.

The bed is very comfortable. The place is beautiful, rural, very attentive Gio, and the pool area is lovely. Outside the rooms there’s an entertainment area where you can grill in the barbecue pit, and each room has its own little terrace. I didn’t like that there were kennels near the rooms, with about 6 or 8 dogs that barked all night, disturbing sleep. For breakfast you have to walk about 6 km to a café in town.
