The location is perfect, but the noise level, especially in the mornings, was not great.

When I booked, only one single room was left; the owner told me it was possible to share it because there was a double bed. The room was small but comfortable, with a private bathroom, and the mattress was excellent. There was also access to a small garden and a pool, which was a plus when it was over 30 °C outside. Breakfast was very generous and plenty, with fresh products. It was also great that I could park in the nearby lot. Finally, the setting was in a quiet neighborhood, no nighttime noise, yet close to the medieval old quarter.
