The apartment area is big enough, the furniture and décor are new, the sea view is nice, the reception staff are helpful, and breakfast is great. The hotel location is rather far from the city (15 min), the air condition disconnected after a few minutes of turning it on, and even after we changed rooms we faced the same problem.

Getting into the hotel and heading to Trabzon is easy, free parking is a bonus, and the breakfast offers a good selection of tasty dairy products.

There’s nothing positive to mention. I’d call it the “ant hotel” because ants are everywhere—in the lobby, the rooms, the bathrooms—despite staying on the 10th floor. The balcony doors don’t close properly due to poor maintenance, so street noise leaks into the city‑view apartments. They even blocked the HDMI input on the TV, claiming it’s a Turkish hotel policy. The hot‑water supply in the bathrooms is weak. Overall it feels more like a lounge than a hotel.
