The place was spotless and cozy, but I had to wait two weeks for my deposit to be returned to my account.

Check‑in was quick and easy, the property sits right off the interstate and is very close to downtown attractions, but the price is high—after arrival we found similar places 30‑40% cheaper in the area. El Paso has many hotels and shopping that can save you money. Security was questionable as we saw many homeless people walking and lingering at the entrance, and while the exterior lighting was good, it raised concerns if you leave anything in your car.

The breakfast was good, the location convenient, and there were outdoor seating options with plenty of parking close to the main roads; the large windows offered a nice view, the lobby was pleasant, and the air‑conditioning worked flawlessly—everything felt very new. However, there was a lot of trash at breakfast, all ending up in the bin, and the rooms were very noisy; anything happening on the hallway floor was audible in the rooms.
