I liked that it was tucked behind a private garden at the back of the street, but the spot isn’t ideal: it’s on the opposite side of the city center and the tourist spots. The bathroom is in the same room as the bed, which isn’t a problem if you’re alone. The toilets clog quickly.

The room is huge, and the bathroom is spacious and comfy. The entrance is lovely, with a little pond, fish, and some greenery to sit and relax, giving a peaceful vibe. I only met the host once, at the start, but she was helpful with information. We had a coffee machine available, though it was shared with other guests. Cleaning was good. The only real downside is the location, which isn’t very convenient if you want to walk to the center—it takes almost 30 minutes. Also, it took me a while to figure out how to turn on and adjust the shower, which wasn’t very intuitive at first.

The spot is good in a quiet area. Breakfast was just packaged snacks, plastic cups and spoons on a small table in the hallway. The bathroom, probably from the ’80s, had a wooden finish with a wooden baseboard that was detached from the wall, and cockroaches came out from it. Behind the second bed there were recessed outlets.

The rooms were spacious, though the only flaw was the cleaning; otherwise everything was perfect.
