The cost‑to‑value ratio was high, but the women's cabin on the 6th floor had a toilet outside the area, making it inconvenient to use.

The free bathrooms and gym were the highlights of my stay, though I would have liked an elevator from the first floor.

I appreciated the pleasant reception, the high‑quality hot spring, the hot sauna, the added‑cost 500‑yen stone bath, and the quiet, clean capsule with fluffy bedding, TV, and power outlets. The upper‑floor women‑only floor with key‑locked doors and lockers was convenient, and my lower‑floor request was granted. The room was stocked with a full set of toiletries, towels, slippers, toothbrush, razor, and a water tank, and I received a 10 % discount at the nearby cafeteria with my receipt. However, I wish the Japanese signage and maps for the facilities were posted near the lockers, the sauna temperature could be lowered for a slower experience, and there were designated areas for changing and storing luggage so that people sleeping nearby wouldn't be disturbed by noise. The lockers were visible from outside when I was changing, which made me uneasy; a partition or curtain would help. The elevator stopped on the men's floor, exposing naked men, so a partition or curtain would be welcome. More seating areas for relaxed conversation or phone use would be appreciated, and the capsule had a lingering tobacco smell; a deodorizing spray would be nice.

The toilet on the floor I stayed on had a broken urinal that couldn't be used, and the washlet in my private room didn't work at all because there was no power.

Conveniently close to the station, the sauna was spacious and the cold bath was great, but there were no slippers provided.
