The room was comfortable, clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly; breakfast was well worth the money, hot with not too much served at once but replenished constantly. The room was a tad small, but for the price we couldn't complain—we would stay there again.

The location was excellent, the value for money great, and the room was comfortable and clean; the shower head was slightly temperamental.

The room was clean, comfortable, and the hotel’s location worked well for our Newcastle visit.

I had a solid one‑night stay in Newcastle; everything we needed was there, the place was well‑located, clean, and the staff were friendly. I’m not a fan of wet‑room showers, and this one felt especially cramped, but that’s just my preference.
