Bayside Taj Hotel

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the air conditioner in the first room I was given was broken. The team moved me to another room, but after leaving for about an hour, I came back to find water on the floor that seemed to be leaking from the air conditioner, and I was told not to run it for too long. I’ve had a similar issue with the AC on a previous stay, and because the rooms get quite warm, it made sleeping very hard. I also found that the iron didn’t work properly, which was an issue before too. Maybe updating the bedding would make the room even more comfortable.

The location was good, but the breakfast could be better. Noise control is especially lacking on weekends.

The rooms were spotlessly clean, but the other rooms were far away and moving my luggage around was a lot of trouble.

The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms were tidy. Breakfast was nice, and the staff always had smiles on their faces, which made communication easier. Nothing else to add.
