The lodge is 3 km from Negro Lake, 1 km from Rua Coberta, and 9.5 km from Canela centre and the airport.

The staff’s service was excellent, as were the facilities, all set in a spot with beautiful views of Gramado.

The location was great—just a 15‑minute walk to the center of Gramado, and along the way there were bakeries and small markets, which are rare in the area. We also appreciated the breakfast included with the stay, with a wide variety of cakes, breads, fruits, drinks, fondue, and a lovely view from the third floor. The warm reception throughout the stay was also noteworthy. The only downside was the television: for two nights we tried to access TV programs and Netflix but couldn’t, so we had to settle for the TV channel. No other complaints.

The location was quiet with a good view of Gramado. The team was very friendly, especially Andreia from the front desk, who was a real delight. The bed was comfortable, the accommodations were generally good, but some aspects would need maintenance.

We were greeted by Vitória, a lovely, friendly, and super polite person. The location was good. The room was clean and fragrant. Breakfast was wonderful.
