We wrapped up our Sri‑Lanka trip with a lovely final stop at this place ❤️🇱🇰 The spot is spot‑on—just a two‑minute walk to the beach and another two minutes to the local hotspot. That’s about as good as it gets. The rooms are pretty, and the view from the upper terrace during breakfast is a real treat 🌴☀️. What really stole the show was the family running the place: warm, friendly, and super helpful. They welcomed us with a delicious iced coffee, cappuccino, or latte, and even tossed in a pancake afterward 😍. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home, and they stayed attentive throughout. Because we had to head to the airport late on our last night, we were able to squeeze in a third night even though we’d only booked two; the family made that happen smoothly and it was a huge help. On our final evening they even offered us another bite of food, a small gesture that made the stay feel extra special. We felt truly comfortable and would wholeheartedly recommend this place. Great location, beautiful view, and an incredibly welcoming family—what a perfect end to our Sri‑Lanka adventure ❤️🇱🇰

Breakfast was amazing 🤩 . The owner also serves evening snacks like hoppers or pancakes, and they were delicious, along with refreshing coffee. All the attractions near Mirissa, like Mirissa Beach, Parrot Rock, Coconut Hill, and all the famous cafes and beach restaurants, are within walking distance of this stay.

The owner is the real star, making you feel at home with her sweetness and kindness. We were greeted with welcome pancakes and, in the evening, she prepared tasty Sri‑Lankan snacks. Breakfast was a generous mix of sweet and savory. The rooms were basic but clean. Highly recommended if you’re passing through!
Outstanding hospitality — really a level above. The hosts are incredibly kind and attentive, and breakfast was excellent. They even made me fresh crepes every day when I came back from the beach. Highly recommended
