“Misleading location and poor customer service”

The cleaning staff were friendly, but the hotel’s description of being near the city centre was misleading – we had to take a 20‑minute taxi each time we wanted to go into town, which was inconvenient and costly. We also had a very disappointing breakfast issue: despite our confirmation that breakfast was included for all six guests, the hotel refused to honour it due to a system error, wasting over 30 minutes and causing us to miss our flight. Even after confirming our entitlement, the hotel declined to offer any compensation. Overall, the hotel felt not very foreigner‑friendly and the complaint handling was extremely disappointing. I’d advise checking the location carefully and confirming all booking details directly with the hotel before staying here.

The location is fantastic in the shopping centre on subway line 4, the rooms are pleasant, the bathroom is comfortable, and breakfast is excellent; as an allergy to dust, I had a minor issue with the large blackout curtains that tend to collect dust, but otherwise we loved everything.

The hotel is excellent, clean and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly. The only downside is that the breakfasts lack a bit of European fare – I’d have liked at least an omelette or scrambled eggs.

“Perfekter Aufenthalt! Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen!”

The location is superb, the value for money is top, the room size is great with very cozy beds and a nice bathroom; everything is clean, daily fresh drinking water is provided, the breakfast (Chinese) is delicious, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the lobby is very nice.
