The location is nice and the ambience inside and around the hotel is pleasant. I am a Level 3 member and was told that Level 3 Members receive complimentary breakfast, yet the property charged me for it. I expect the charges paid to be reimbursed. A similar issue happened when I stayed at Gateway Dehradun. MKSharma

The property is new, clean, and well maintained, but the staff were unprofessional. I requested a packed breakfast for an early flight, and the front desk confirmed it, yet at 6 am the kitchen and restaurant staff were clueless. When the front desk called the kitchen, they said they had no information; even the manager and supervisor confirmed the system, but the breakfast was still missed.

The staff were very helpful and professional; from the moment we were assisted with our luggage at the car, through the fast reception and check‑in, to the friendly staff at the Citrus Café. We were always greeted and given everything we needed, including a daily room refresh. The room was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and spotless. Highly recommended, and we would stay again! All was good.
