I was blown away by the excellent service from the staff, and the food at the on-site restaurant was seriously top-notch.
The location is great, but the nearby restaurant's cash-only policy was a major inconvenience.
The room itself was spotless and spacious, making it a great place to unwind.

“I was charged but nobody assisted us . I left the Hotel and emailed for refund.”
I’m utterly disappointed with the outcome of my booking, fully paid, and I demand an immediate refund.
I was blown away by the excellent service from the staff, and the food at the on-site restaurant was seriously top-notch. The room itself was spotless and spacious, making it a great place to unwind. Unfortunately, the roadworks outside are a real pain, and I feel for the staff who are struggling to attract customers due to the poor access.
“Good value for money!”
The staff here went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable - they were super friendly and accommodating, and the kids loved the pool. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we'll definitely be back.
The owner and staff here are genuinely warm and welcoming - it's clear they're passionate about making guests feel at home. I was really impressed by their helpfulness and willingness to go the extra mile.
“Very close to everything but very quiet”
The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the quiet setting is a real bonus. The restaurant serves up tasty food at reasonable prices, and the lakeview is a lovely touch. However, the grounds around the hotel and restaurant could do with a bit of TLC, and the bathroom in my room was a bit grimy.
