Positives: Location and lovely staff. Negatives: It would benefit if room upgrades especially bathroom.

Positives: The staff were excellent - very polite and helpful, especially when we needed to change the room from what was booked - the lady on reception and the female housekeeper were especially nice. And the location (close to Khaosan Road but quiet) was also good. Negatives: The bed was too soft and the room wasn’t very clean (cobwebs under the shelf and stains on the bedsheets).
