The food in their dining area was outstanding - it's truly a gem of a hotel.
The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming.

It’s located right in the city center. The single room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was decent. Good value for money. Nothing special to note.

I stayed in a prime spot in the old town, the staff were very friendly, and it was less than 10 minutes on foot to the castle for the NENA concert.

The location right in the old town is ideal, right at the foot of the castle, and the hotel has a very good restaurant. The breakfast offers great value. We received a room that hadn't been cleaned and had to let the staff know. There was no air‑conditioning, so it was very hot. The shower was inside the bathtub, and the bathroom could use a renovation.
