The staff were very nice and accommodating. We were traveling for a funeral and needed the room a couple of hours before the usual check‑in time, and the front‑desk lady did what she could to get us a room. Everything went smoothly and we changed rooms without a hitch. The shampoo and conditioner they offer are absolutely amazing! I didn’t like the goose pillow, but that’s just my preference; otherwise, nothing was wrong.
