We didn't have any major issues with bugs or anything, which was a relief. The hotel provided coffee and water in the lobby, and they even brought out a simple breakfast to the common area. We didn't have to rush to check in or out, which was nice. The WiFi worked fine, too. On the other hand, our room was tiny, and there were no hooks or a dresser in the room or bathroom. It was a bit of a squeeze for three people with luggage.

The location is great, and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. However, we had a bit of a problem with the hot water - it was out for the first day of our stay, and we only had one towel.

The staff here is absolutely fantastic - they're super friendly and really go out of their way to help. The only downside is the shower, which is basically a trickle. It's really frustrating when you're trying to get clean after a long day.

The location is pretty good - it's close to Prince Street in El Nido. However, we had a bit of a problem with the hotel charging us almost a full day's rate for an early check-in, even though there was no one in the room. To make matters worse, the bathroom had a terrible smell of humidity. We've stayed at four other hotels in the Philippines, and this is the only one that's done this to us.

I was really impressed with the comfy beds and the staff's helpfulness in organizing activities in El Nido. However, the bathroom sink was leaking, the bathroom was basically a pool, and the staff did nothing to fix it. To make matters worse, there was no place to dry our towels and clothes, which is a problem when you're spending all day in the sea at El Nido.
