The place was definitely clean and its location was very good. However, the overall quality of the rooms, the reception staff, and the condition of the entire property did not live up to the rating. The bathroom fixtures were broken, and the food quality was truly awful! All of that, please… I’m definitely not considering half‑board; it’s a real disaster.

The pool was probably the best part of the accommodation – it was spacious enough for swimming. The building is old and looks like a hospice behind a fence, the older receptionist lady is unpleasant, the room smells and is sticky. The hot water is sometimes very high, and on the bath tubs you can see a sticky streak of water and the tubs slip; the worst part was breakfast – nothing was on the table, and you had to ask for everything; the table had a sticky placemat that wasn’t cleaned, they don’t even have a coffee maker, just a pot for hot water, and you have to brew the coffee yourself – it’s a catastrophe, never again.

The location is quiet, just a bit away from the Sněžné Jam, there’s a pool, and the breakfast is very tasty and varied, plus you can get a two‑bedroom apartment. The air conditioning didn’t work, and the room temperature was between 18‑19 °C at the end of September, which isn’t good if you have small children and go to the pool in the evening. After a double request it was resolved.
