Excellent customer service and location. We came for the Aral Sea ultramarathon, and the location was very close to the pickup point. They also allowed us to check out late, since we didn't come back from the Aral Sea ultramarathon until 4am and needed the extra rest. The breakfast was also quite delicious. The Air Con may not have been working, but since it was cool at night. It wasn't a bi deal

The staff were very friendly. The female staff could speak English, which was a huge help since I didn't expect English to be understood in Uzbekistan, especially in Nukus. Also, the room was ready that morning even though we arrived early, so we were let in immediately. They recommended nearby restaurants and tourist spots, which I appreciated a lot.

The location is very good, close to everything. I would have liked to make better use of the patio.

The property is centrally located, just a short walk from the Savitsky Museum, and the staff were courteous. The bathrooms need renovation.
