The staff were lovely and very kind; after hiking up the hill we were exhausted and needed food, so the owner drove us to a restaurant and then brought us back to the pension, though the climb up the hill was challenging!

The view and the staff were friendly, but we had to wait an hour for someone to greet us, the café kitchen had piles of dirty dishes, the bins were full, and cigarette butts littered the outside; the staff mentioned weekends are the busiest, yet the hotel felt closed for winter, overall run down and disorganised.

The view was amazing, the spa great, and the couple lovely, but the road to the pension is steep and not recommended for bicycles, though the view from the top is unbeatable.
