Clean, cozy, and comfortable for a single night. The bed was very comfy, the sheets soft, and everything smelled like fresh laundry, making it a hassle‑free stopover. The fridge had water and coffee, but when we arrived the reception was closed; we had to call a number and the staff finally appeared. They told us there was no food, coffee, or drinks available, which was understandable for low season and our short drive from town, though a few beers or snacks in the minibar would have been nice. The shower head could use a little scrubbing, but overall it was fine and the price was very low for the season.

“Great stay in small, very comfortable resort at a great price.”

We enjoyed the quiet bungalow we stayed in; all the bungalows are identical and situated in a tree‑lined area away from the main highway. With only six or so bungalows, it wasn’t crowded, allowing us to enjoy privacy and great comfort. The main issue was that the resort’s name was incorrect, making it hard to find on Google Maps. Another traveler experienced the same problem at the same time. The correct name is “Baan Chom Doi.”

The location is good, the view is beautiful, and the price is cheap. However, when we arrived the hotel had renovated the kitchen, so there was no food available on site.

A big thank you to the lovely family working here—father, mother, and daughter. When my rented scooter broke down, the father noticed and kindly repaired it and recharged the battery for me. Their kindness and genuine care made us feel very touched and welcomed, like family.
