Cómo valoran los huéspedes el hotel, aspecto por aspecto.
The staff are great, the food is good, and everyone from the manager to the housekeeping and reception greets you with a smile, sometimes even five times a day! The surroundings are also flawless, just a short walk to the colonnade, and from there you can catch a bus or cable car to the hotel—awesome! On the flip side, this hotel is one of the few where everything still works perfectly; anyone claiming otherwise just doesn’t get it.

The location and services are good, but there is no air conditioning in the rooms.

The location is great, very exposed over Karlsbad, and the room cleaning is exemplary—always very, very clean. You’re allowed to use the imperial train for free, which is included in the hotel price. Arrival was a bit chaotic with several suitcases, parking in front of the building was difficult, and you pay €30 per night for a small dog.

Das gewaltige Gebäude mit seiner großzügigen Architektur ist beeindruckend. Hinzu kommt noch die Lage des Hotels auf einem Hügel, die einen herrlichen Blick über die Stadt erlaubt. Also unbedingt Zimmer mit Stadtblick buchen! Frühstück und Abendessen waren so, wie man es von einen 5-Sterne-Hotel erwartet. Das Niveau im Speisesaal passt nicht zum 5-Sterne Hotel: Keine Tischdecken, nur kleine Platzdeckchen auf den Holztischen und darüber hinaus Gäste in einer Kleidung, in der sie in anderen Hotels dieser Kategorie vom Restaurantchef zurück ins Zimmer zum Umziehen geschickt worden wären
