The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, but the place is small, cozy, and intimate.

The service we received was excellent, especially from Lorena, who was attentive throughout our stay at the reception and during dinner. She was friendly, kind, and very helpful. We also appreciated the hotel’s response to our sleep issue: we decided not to stay the second night and they kindly refunded the amount. It felt like a gesture of understanding and good customer care that we valued highly. The main problem was the lack of sound insulation; the room let in a lot of noise, which made it hard to sleep. That was important to us, so we chose not to stay the third night. Improving the room’s acoustic isolation would greatly enhance the experience.

We were there when the earthquake struck, and the staff were extremely professional, knowing exactly what to do and treating us spectacularly at all times. The only downside was that the bed was too hard.
