“Prisvärt boende”

The room and bathroom were very clean and stylish. There was access to a shared kitchen with everything you could need. Because not many people stay at the accommodation at once, you have a lot of privacy. The location is very good, a little outside central Rome, but only four stations by subway to the Colosseum. You’re not in a tourist area, but in a place where many locals live, so café and restaurant prices are good. Chiara and Claudio are both very friendly and easy to get along with. Communication was easy and both check‑in and check‑out were smooth. The room door was noisy. The shower was either too cold or too hot and had trouble maintaining the right temperature.

We were absolutely satisfied! The location is perfect. You have everything you need in the area and can reach the historic centre easily by bus or metro. The apartment was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. At first we had a little problem getting into the apartment by code, but then we learned how to do it and the owner was always available and helped us with everything we needed. I can only recommend!

The apartment felt very welcoming and well maintained. The room was spotless, spacious, bright but cool, and even had a terrace, though we never needed it. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the new bathroom had a shower that worked great. A fully equipped kitchen was provided, along with bottled water for guests, and there was a common lounge area. In front of the entrance, a pastry shop offered good breakfast options, and B&B guests received a discount. The owners were very friendly and gave all the necessary directions. The area is convenient and well served, so I recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Rome.

The host was genuinely kind, the cleanliness was flawless, and the room was very pretty. The location was excellent. I definitely recommend it.

“Ottima soluzione per un soggiorno tranquillo a Roma”

The room and common areas were immaculate, the kitchen had everything needed, and guests could use a washing machine. The owner was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. It’s well connected to the metro and tram. Because it’s a shared house, if other guests come back late at night you can hear them, but it didn’t bother me.
