overall disappointed. I requested 2 hours early check-in which was declined by check-in staff even though room was ready, I was asked to pay 70 Lari extra. I waited till 14.00 hrs to check-in. Staff was rude

I love the quietness of the place, the place is very quiet and the people are very nice, especially for Israel and the place is very clean. , You can check in 24/7, so that's great

Nice location, very friendly staff. Cheap, maybe good for short stay. The hotel is far from the pictures quality. It’s desperately needs renovation and fixes, to make plane example - if you seat on the sofa it will fell apart. In some places there is visible structural damage
