“Would not stay here again”
Location. Hygiene
The location is very good, but the hotel feels outdated and could use renovation; as a 5‑star it feels less than expected.
The location is very good.
“EXCELLENT LOCATION AND FRIENDLY STAFF. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO STAY HERE.”
We stayed at the hotel for two nights and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the reception and check-in staff, Mr. Manoj. Having travelled extensively around the world, I can confidently say that this was one of the smoothest, quickest, and most efficient check-in experiences we have had. Despite the hotel being very busy and it being peak check-in time, all our minor requests and adjustments were handled with remarkable speed and efficiency. The excellent service continued throughout our stay. The housekeeping, concierge, restaurant, and valet staff were all extremely cooperative, professional, friendly, and always willing to assist. A special mention and well done to Mr. Manoj, who truly played a leading role in ensuring that our first stay at this hotel was pleasant, comfortable, and memorable. His professionalism, efficiency, and personal attention made a real difference to our overall experience. We look forward to returning and would certainly recommend this hotel to others. EVERYTHING WAS EXCEPTIONAL
The place is quiet, the staff excellent, cleanliness top, and they were helpful with supplies, but the location lacks a large supermarket nearby.
