“Buena ubicación”

The location is fine, but the place is infested with cockroaches. As soon as you climb the stairs you can see the traps, and we watched one crawl in through the air‑conditioning duct. We asked for a spray to kill them and couldn’t sleep all night. The owner messaged me on WhatsApp to see what had happened, saying it wasn’t possible, and replied that they have pest‑control certification. I don’t doubt that, but they definitely have a problem that needs fixing.

The location is good, the place is clean, and I stayed for two nights. Nothing else.

“Location and staff are the best thing about this property. Best the room was a disappointment.”

The location is spot on and the staff were fantastic, but the room itself let me down. I had asked in advance to confirm the room’s condition for insects and cleanliness, yet just five minutes after checking in I walked into the bathroom and saw a lizard on the open window. I had to call the staff to get it removed. The sheets were yellowish, mold appeared in the bathroom, and the lighting was weak—clearly the rooms need a serious upgrade.

We started with a two‑night booking but ended up staying four nights. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; they replaced our towels and sheets halfway through our stay, kept the place tidy, and the shower was amazing. The bed was also very comfortable. In the mornings we even spotted two monkeys from our balcony. The pool was too warm in the afternoon, probably because of the sun. Breakfast was tasty, but could be more complete—more fruit with the pancakes and a bigger fruit platter. It was a pity that the excellent coffee served for Lady Local wasn’t included.

The hotel is very nice and the room is spacious with a great view, close to everything nearby. The staff are kind and caring, and breakfast was good too. There was nothing unpleasant.
