“Hundefreundliches Hotel für Wellness, wandern und Radfahren”

Our dog was warmly welcomed, and it wasn’t the only big dog; dogs are also allowed in the restaurant. The staff were super friendly and the wellness area was excellent. We rode our racing bikes and hiked right outside the hotel. Everything was right there. We’ll return. The surrounding infrastructure is limited—no supermarket nearby or a wide range of restaurants, but that’s not a fault of the hotel itself.

The area is beautiful, the hotel is great in terms of structure and location. Everything was fine.

The property sits in a fantastic spot, surrounded by nature and a truly charming landscape. The menu looks like a 4‑star place, but there’s still a lot to improve. Room cleanliness is acceptable. The outdoor pool is nice but too small for the number of guests. The indoor pool is unused by guests. Check‑in was rushed, and we received no guidance on hours or services. Their website lists snack times but doesn’t note that each slice of cake costs extra (unpleasant since they offer cakes at breakfast). Breakfast is a buffet; each room gets a table (ours was in a separate small room), but I’d recommend that if the main hall with a view has free tables, guests be seated there. Waiters are absent; you must flag missing milk or products yourself. We were given a room with a balcony, but it’s actually a courtyard leading to the external parking, so everyone can walk by and we had to close everything for privacy, preventing us from enjoying the view. These small touches make the difference, and a 4‑star place should expect them.
