There was a great coffee machine downstairs; it was very good. The cost‑benefit is solid if you just want to stay briefly and sleep. The hostel sits on top and a café below. That’s fine, but the men’s bathroom is underneath the café, forcing you to cross the café with a towel and bath items in front of other customers in an otherwise elegant and pretty café. It was very inconvenient to have to pass through to use the bathroom. Also, some hostel staff were quite rude to guests; not all, but at least two were very annoying. Besides the coffee machine, the hostel offers no extra social space, unlike other places I’ve seen. The only advantage is the price.
