The staff were friendly and eager to help me and my companions, which I really appreciated. I received a lot of positive feedback about the facilities and I promise to return.

The patio was nice, even though I only stayed one night. However, there was no heating, which was a problem because of the cold weather.

The location is great—very central and right across from the bus station. Overall, the stay was good, but a few details disappointed me. First, on the second day I found some “chompepes” in my room. Second, the facilities are fine, but I felt the rooms and bathroom were small for the price. Third, one day I asked for the hair dryer and the on‑shift receptionist gave it to me with a bit of reluctance; the other two receptionists were friendly.
