The room was large, but construction was happening nearby, and when I opened my curtains the workers were right outside my window. I asked for a different room and for a rate deduction, but there was no change.

The staff were exceptional and the rooms were lovely in a central spot—thanks, Irene—but we first got a room overlooking a construction site, so the helpful staff moved us to a room we enjoyed.
