Excellent! The best place I’ve ever been to! Very convenient, within walking distance of the center, in a residential area, a very private entrance, a two‑storey apartment that’s adorable, cozy and well prepared. A lovely outdoor garden to relax and enjoy. Everything you need is there, including tea, coffee, sugar, a welcome bag of cookies, and lots of love from the host! Jolande is fabulous and made our stay feel like home! I highly recommend this place! All is great!

Spacious, bright, and quiet holiday home in the landlords’ garden. The house sits in a lovely green neighbourhood, within walking distance of the city and a bike ride from the surrounding nature. It’s beautifully and tastefully furnished with vintage pieces. There’s a pleasant terrace to enjoy in the evenings. Wi‑Fi is fine, the shower was perfect, and the bed… truly never slept so well and so long! Heavenly! Jolande and Fred are welcoming, helpful, and attentive. Shops, restaurants, and public transport are nearby. Free street parking was a plus. Those who are not very mobile should note that you have to climb a short flight of stairs to reach the sleeping area. Thankfully there’s an automatic light and plenty of support. We had very few issues with it.
I had great communication with the owners beforehand, and everything was excellent while I was there. The apartment was cleaned in between stays, something you don't usually see with a holiday flat. Everything liked.

The location was perfect. The host was exceptionally kind and caring, and nowadays it’s rare to still see the host/hostess, but we ran into Jolande often; she was always ready if we needed anything and even helped with local tips! Two bicycles were included in the rental, exactly what you need in Breda to make the most of it! There were also thoughtful touches in the house and terrace, like vases with fresh flowers. Nothing at all – it was perfect!
