Buen servicio. Todo buen
We arrived at the hostel around 12 am, no one was at the front desk, after waiting 20 minutes I called the hotel number and was told the staff member handling transfers would be there soon; about 25 minutes later a staff member arrived, handed us the key, and booked us for a 7 am transfer to the airport as requested. At about 2 am we were woken by a phone call in the room and the staff member, without apology, informed us that there was no shuttle spot for us and that we needed to pick another transfer time; no apology for the sleepless night or the rudeness was offered.
The staff were attentive, the location is great, and everything was clean. Everything was fine.
“Ubicación excelente si necesitas estar cerca al aeropuerto”
La habitación estaba muy limpia, con los amenities necesarios, y muy bueno el servicio de transfer al aeropuerto adaptado a la hora del vuelo
A hostel very close to Barajas airport that meets the minimum needs if you need to stay one night before heading to the airport.
