I loved staying at Résidence Lina; it was very clean with a comfortable bed, and there’s a nice outdoor seating area. The owner was very responsive and helpful in answering my million questions. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. We used the Gozem app to get around Libreville, which was super useful.

The value for money and the walkable distance to Carrefour Kanté, with its many food stalls and bars, were great. The apartment had everything: working Wi‑Fi, hot water for showers, etc. It was very quiet and in a safe area. The guard didn’t answer the taxi driver’s call, even though he should have been available 24 hours. Luckily he opened the gate when we hammered at it. The detergent was extremely scented, the bedding smelled awful, and it was almost impossible to sleep because of it.
