Best Western Plus Richmond

“Great stay with friendly staff, clean rooms, a beautiful view, and excellent breakfast.”

I had a really great stay at Grand Vista! The front desk staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a great view. The restroom was also very clean and well maintained. The pool was nice, and I especially loved the breakfast. Everything was really good! What impressed me most was the number of services and amenities included without any extra fees. I honestly didn’t expect to get so much value with the stay. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Grand Vista to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! Honestly, there wasn’t much I didn’t like about my stay. Everything was clean and well maintained.

“Must Try this Hotel when you visit Richmond”

We had a great stay near RIC! The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the staff friendly. The free airport shuttle and breakfast were good. The location offered excellent value. Definitely coming back!

“Select any "other" airport hotels around the Richmond International hotel in the same area.”

The shuttle van to the airport was fast and efficient. The hallways in the hotel smelled of smoke, but all the rooms are non‑smoking. The shower either had a lot of mold or black unpainted areas—unacceptable. At 9 am the maid was knocking on the door to ask us if we were leaving that day. I guess the computer information on guests staying or leaving is not available to her and she has to knock on the door to ask.

My room wasn’t available when I got there to do the check‑in at 7 pm. I had to wait 30 minutes.

“Waiting for a refund will never book again”

I wasn’t able to complete my stay; the room was not clean and looked like someone had been living in it and it was occupied. Nothing else, it was disgraceful.
