“Great Price/quality relation, pool, jacuzzy and sauna”

The price-to-quality ratio was excellent, and the restaurant and pool area were great.

The staff, the view from the window and terrace, the pool and sauna, and the good bed were all great. Overall, everything was liked, but staying for a long period is not very convenient due to the hotel's location. Parking is not very convenient; there are few suitable spots nearby, and parking in the hotel's own lot is very difficult.

“Desilusão”

The property sits in a very spacious area, with a good location and a truly spectacular view. It has a lot of potential and, at times, can provide a very pleasant sense of tranquility. Our room was a pleasant surprise: it was comfortable, spacious, and we settled in very well. Overall, the accommodation experience was positive. The pool area is very nice, and the pool itself is one of the property's major attractions. It's a calm, pleasant, and relaxing space, ideal for rest. Despite the positives, the experience fell well below the expectations set by the property's presentation and, especially, the price paid. The overall feeling is that, although the property has excellent natural conditions and great potential, it urgently needs more maintenance, cleaning, and care. It's not just a few isolated incidents: many areas show clear signs of neglect. The gardens and surrounding vegetation are quite neglected. There are several small spaces around the property with chairs and areas that could be very pleasant for resting, but are currently practically unusable due to very tall grass and lack of lawn maintenance. It's really a pity to see so many areas with potential completely wasted. The gym itself was very neglected and almost abandoned, lacking the expected cleaning and maintenance. At the pool, we also noticed a lack of loungers. The spa and massage area does not exist. With investment in cleaning, gardens, equipment, and restoration of various outdoor areas, the experience could be very different. The value for money was, therefore, one of the aspects that most disappointed us during this stay. For the price charged, I expected a much higher level of care and an experience closer to what is presented in the photos.

The property has many interesting features, is huge, very well located, and offers a spectacular view. The room is very good, comfortable, and pleasant, and we were well accommodated—no criticism on that front. The pool area is beautiful, the pool itself is truly enjoyable, calm, and relaxing, making it one of the property's strong points and a place to unwind. The property has great potential and, with better maintenance and some investment, could offer a truly differentiated experience. Unfortunately, overall maintenance is lacking. The gardens and vegetation are quite neglected, with worn materials and several outdoor areas where chairs are practically unusable because of overgrown grass. The gym is also very neglected, lacking necessary cleaning and upkeep. The pool has about 17 accommodation units, but only 12 loungers and two umbrellas, one of which was damaged. I spent an entire morning at the pool, and the bathroom/sauna only opened around 14:00. The massage/spa/wellness area essentially doesn't exist. Common area cleaning needs more attention: there were spider webs and spiders in the bathroom next to the dining room, the trash bin was degraded, and the jacuzzi was not properly cleaned. At breakfast, around 10:00, some hot foods had already finished and were not restocked. Another important point is the huge number of steps—there are easily more than 100 between some units and the breakfast area, and then to the pool. It is exhausting to repeat this walk every time we need to return to the room. This information should be clearly indicated on the platform, especially for people with reduced mobility. I also expected a more coherent Thai concept as advertised; during the stay, that identity was barely felt. It's a shame because the property has excellent location, a magnificent view, comfortable rooms, and a fantastic pool. It has great potential but clearly needs more investment in maintenance, cleaning, and equipment. For the price charged, I expected a much higher level of care.

The staff were very welcoming, and the breakfast was exceptional. The family room was a bit narrow with a small bathroom and not many windows.
