The location was good, but when we asked the staff to use the master key to clean the beds while we were out, they agreed, yet when we returned nothing had been done. When I asked them why, they blamed us for not having a key and said we had to be there in person, which was never mentioned at the start… it was quite annoying to be told that it was our fault.

The AC was broken, the lifts were overcrowded, and there was noise from outside; plus no parking. The location is close to Haram.
