The indoor and outdoor spaces were roomy, well-furnished, and super comfy; the kids adored the private pool. The spot was perfectly quiet, far from main roads yet just a short walk to the main street, and plenty of good restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were quick to respond and we’re very thankful for their help during and after our stay. One small tweak could make it better: the short driveway to the property is unsealed and a bit rocky, which isn’t ideal for scooters; sealing it would improve the experience.

The villa is in a quiet spot yet close to all the restaurants, fully equipped, spotless, and lovely.

We stayed in deluxe villa 1, which has a gorgeous outdoor area overlooking a small pool. The décor—white plaster, scalloped local stone facades, and accent lighting—looks stunning. The rooms flank the central kitchen. Uluwatu Dream Inn is a 12‑minute walk to the Uluwatu surf break, the main reason for booking, and it’s off the main drag so it’s quiet at night, but only a 5‑minute walk to nightlife, eateries, and shops. The staff were accommodating. Food options are endless, featuring amazing local earrings and chic dining experiences. The only downside was that the shower drains were a bit slow; otherwise, not much to complain about.

The pool is the highlight of the huge villa, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, letting us leave our stuff and use the facilities for a late check‑out. The location in Uluwatu is good, with scooter hire available. However, the villa’s size made it hard to sleep: the curtains don’t cover the whole window, making it bright, the bed lacked a top sheet, and the mattress was very firm. The windows, especially those with pool views, need a thorough cleaning. There’s a 50‑meter dirt track leading to the villa.
