The restaurant food was tasty and reasonably priced, and the staff were polite; the bathroom had been renovated. The pool and spa closed at 8 pm, but the lifeguard started getting impatient at 7:15 pm and finally told us it was time to close at 7:40 pm, which felt early since the stated hours were 8 am‑8 pm. The apartment looked outdated, and cleanliness could improve—there were hairs on the living‑room table—and the hotel’s corridors were poorly maintained with peeling wallpaper.

The location was close to the park. The spa and breakfast were disappointing.

It was a quiet, peaceful spot, ideal for parents with small children, and there was a small play area; the outdoor pool had warm water. However, many stinky insects were on the terrace and even entered the room, and the indoor pool was very cold, making it uncomfortable for the kids.

The rooms were clean, the staff attentive to detail, and the staff were courteous; the water was pleasant and the children had a lot of fun, so we’re satisfied and would return. The sunroom was too cold.

The pools were clean and well‑maintained. Both the outdoor and indoor pool water was cool, probably because the staff kept it that way during the hot days we stayed. The spa centre was good and the massage therapists were skilled. Our room was exceptionally large and clean, and the restaurant food was delicious. The outdoor jacuzzis didn’t work, and the one in the spa area was paid for but nobody used it. The sunroom could only be booked an hour in advance, which was too short for the service, as we entered and felt nothing.
