Simply wonderful! Great staff, good food, nice room with balcony with a view and very nice hiking opportunities in the region. Would certainly go again. Can't think of anything really

Very good overall. I wish there had been a bit more variety, like fruit, but my gluten‑free meal was handled with delicious bread. I was able to have breakfast a little earlier on the day of departure. Thank you. I would have preferred a more flexible seating choice at breakfast, but I was able to express a wish.

The hotel was very pretty, clean, and modern. Breakfast was ample with a good selection, and the location is great as a starting point for various hikes. The staff were generally quite stiff. At check‑in I felt like I had no purpose there, and when I left they barely asked if I was satisfied. The waitress at breakfast treated me like a clueless child because I didn’t know the “rules” for coffee. There was an exceptional soda, but the dinner staff were very friendly. I think if someone pays a lot of money, they deserve at least a kind smile. For a hotel of this quality, I can’t understand how I could have parked my car on the street for 5 CHF per night. It would be worth paying more attention to guests, because apparently they run out.

The new rooms, front desk, and dining hall look very nice and welcoming. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is very abundant and fine. I liked that coffee and cake were offered in the afternoon. The hotel’s location is excellent for hikes in and around Saas Almagell, and with the bus and Saastalcard many beautiful excursions are easily accessible. Nothing negative.
