The room was pretty big and well equipped. The hotel had been recently renovated, probably under the “Brown Dot” group’s management. There’s free parking inside and behind the building. You can eat nearby, like at the excellent “Beef Barbecue.” The neighborhood feels a bit off‑center and not very touristy; the room view is limited, and the surrounding streets aren’t very pretty, though they’re safe. Breakfast is rather plain. To reach the city center you need to drive.

The room was spacious and modern, kept in great shape and spotless. The bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent. Everything for comfort was supplied (except cups) and water was changed regularly. There’s even a pool table and a putting game downstairs if you like that. Breakfast was basic but included, so no complaints. The area around the hotel is run‑down and mostly commercial. It’s also 25–30 minutes to the bus terminal or KTX station. The room felt hot and stuffy even with an outside temperature of 14 °C, and the A/C seemed to be running. I would have rated this hotel higher and been willing to pay more if they had provided mugs or cups (not paper cups) and proper cutlery (not plastic) including knives at breakfast.
