Located in the village of Duće, the Damianii Luxury Boutique Hotel & Spa is a short 15-minute walk from Omiš's centre and 50 metres from a local bus stop with frequent lines to Split's historic centre. This beachfront hotel features an outdoor pool, sun terrace, and private beach area with canopies and sunbeds. Each room has a terrace or balcony, cable TV, and some units include a private sauna.

The staff were very nice, the rooms beautiful and comfortable, and the location great – everything was perfect!

The bed was huge, but the staff were awful, not all of them; two people made up one waiter in the restaurant, a dark‑skinned one, and I think the receptionist was a girl who didn’t care about guest comfort. When we asked her to call the director or a senior, a dark‑skinned waiter came, completely incompetent in conversation. The shower had mold and dirt, which is unacceptable for a 5‑star hotel at these prices.

Everything matched the description and photos, and the quiet on the balcony in the evenings was a huge plus for relaxation; opposite the hotel the beach with hotel‑owned loungers and shallow, soft‑sand water about 20 m out was perfect for kids. The only downside was the breakfast wait: one morning we stood for half an hour, while the next day everything was served within five minutes despite the same number of guests.

Hotel Damianii was an exceptional boutique hotel – we’ll definitely come back. We fell in love with its boutique vibe, privacy, and peaceful setting, a place where you can truly unwind. What impressed us more was the service level and personal care from the team. After leaving, we realized we’d left several personal items behind; the staff immediately located everything, kept us updated, and arranged to send all our belongings back to the Czech Republic. Their willingness to help and the way they handled the whole situation went far beyond what we’d expect from a hotel. We enjoyed our stay, felt very comfortable the whole time, and have nothing but praise for Hotel Damianii and its staff. Thank you for making our stay memorable and for caring for us even after we had returned home. We’ll be happy to return next year. Highly recommended.
