The location was great for the event and the staff were friendly, yet the room had a terrible musty, moldy smell that made sleeping hard. They tried to mask it with car‑air‑freshener clips on the AC, but the bathroom door’s mold was broken and wouldn’t shut properly. The lamps were rusty, hinting at moisture problems, and the bathroom and sink had patched‑up broken pieces. Breakfast even included an expired yogurt.

The location was fine, but the phone was broken, there were no washcloths, the bathroom lacked a sink, and the room only had a shower.

“With how much is being paid per night the room is not that great of a value.”

I was close to my work destination and the shower was very hot, but the room wasn’t cleaned during our three‑day stay. Sheets and pillows had stains, and the pillows were far from comfortable.

“Great for just a clean bed”

The bed was clean and comfortable, but the room felt like a construction site. The A/C worked but was in pieces, corners never vacuumed leaving dead bugs and dirt, and the TV had no working channels.

“Not great but not too bad”

The price was decent, sheets and towels were clean, and the A/C worked well. However, my room had a dank, mildewy odor and the cleaning detail was lacking. Staff were not attentive. The TV in the breakfast room was broken, though the lounge TV worked, so I had to listen to a drama show while eating. When I asked for the breakfast nook TV to be turned on, it was still broken. The ice machine was broken and replaced, but the old machine was never removed. The jacuzzi was not working at the time. The breakfast room was dirty, and one staff member was alone at 6:00 a.m.; two more arrived later. I sat in the breakfast area from 6:00 to 8:00 and no one cleaned the tables, though they did restock coffee cups, spoons, and hard‑boiled eggs.
