Location is very near the Padre Pio shrine. Value for money. Attending person was very helpful and courteous. Parking was sufficient, although might be a challenge if 2 or more guests will need parking space

Walking to the Padre Pio Shrine takes only a few minutes, making the location very convenient.

The building is brand new, so we were probably among the first guests; a few rooms still had dust from construction, yet the service was excellent. Everything was new, including kitchenware that they kindly provided. Wifi worked well and the signal was strong. Staff were available 24/7, always ready to help and made us feel like family. We even made some noise in the morning and everything was fine, so I thanked the neighbors and they even offered me a parking spot. It felt more like a team‑building trip than a business stay, which is exactly what I look for when traveling. The only downside was that the corner street needs better signage because it’s hidden in a small lane; others might miss it on first arrival. For groups with cars, just let the hotel know so they can find a spot for you. The air‑con mainly cools the sleeping area; it’s very cold in the morning and doesn’t reach the living room, especially if you’re cooking. Despite these small hiccups, the price and service are unbeatable. Even though I work in the hotel industry, I can’t fault their staff, who are doing a great job in the suburbs without formal training.

Staff were very accommodating, and the location is right near Padre Pio church. The only improvement needed is a hot shower.
